About me
Elizabeth Willig-Kroner is a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) and Assistive Technology Consultant at Hamilton County Educational Services Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. She provides school-based speech language services and acts as a consultant to assist other clinicians with developing successful augmentative and alternative communication interventions and programs for their students. Prior to her work in the schools, Elizabeth worked for 13 years at the Aaron W. Perlman Center at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Here, she specialized in comprehensive augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and assistive technology evaluations and treatment, and served as coordinator of speech and language services at the Perlman Center for several years. Elizabeth is committed to the treatment of patients with complex communication disorders and increasing access to successful communication for all. Elizabeth has presented on a variety of topics in the area of AAC at national and international conferences, including ATIA, Closing the Gap, and the American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine (AAC-PDM).
